You couldn’t pick one of the other 28 teams, huh?
I kid (kinda).
For as up and down as Burks’ Knicks career has been, he’s had quite a few big performances and always seemed to rise to the occasion. I can’t say how or when, but he’ll be missed.
🏀 After much discussion of taking a discount, LeBron James agreed to a two-year, $104 million max contract with the Lakers that includes a player option and no trade clause. Must be nice to be the king.
Mr. Fantastic?
In yesterday’s HoopsHype report, Walker Kessler wasn’t the only name that was mentioned as a possible Knick trade target. Charlotte’s Nick Richards was also named, and it wasn’t the first time he’s come up. Ian Begley has also recently brought him up as a possible target, so this is someone we should probably get to know a bit.
