Thanks so much for this! Didn't know about all the attitude issues. Getting into it with John Lucas is a serious red flag, if it's real. I still like him for the Knicks (if we can't get lucky and draft Holmgren), but only after some serious due diligence, 'cuz the fit certainly looks promising. Thank you again!!

I have to say, of all the difficult decisions I have to analyze, whether to take on a talented "problem" guy, and what to give up for said player, is something I find to be incredibly difficult, not only because of the unknowns involved with the player, but the unknowns regarding how such a person alters what might otherwise be a solid locker room. Does a solid culture supersede that? do we have such a culture? Like you say, it really does come down to due dilignece.

I like the proposed trade with Reddish & Noel. Seems fair for both teams.
Seems like it on paper. I'm becoming increasingly skeptical that Reddish will be here by the start of the season.
