Knicks fans need to settle down and realize this team is just a slightly above average team. Second guessing the Kemba & Fournier signings is being conveniently blind to the options on the table. These guys were the best available at a reasonable price/contract length. Running it back with Bullock would seem like a cop out. Let's not hold on too high a pedestal a team while giving us renewed hope, was a paper #4 and a first round exit team last year. Patience is required. They had to try something different. Thibs could benefit from upping the 2nd unit time (i.e. get them into games earlier) and have the 1st unit simply for show (i.e. Elf last year...sorry to have to mention those 3 letters). Then you go with the hot hand(s) as the game unfolds as Thibs is already doing...just with a greater chunk of the game administered upon.
So is it time to roll back the clock and let the offense run through Randle again? Maybe let IQ start as another ball handler along side Kemba and bring RJ or Fournier off the bench midway into the first quarter. Something has to give, because we look bad against bad teams and even worse against the good ones.
