I love this team! Yep, I know they give us agita but did we really think it would be any other way? We're NYers at heart and we don't want it easy....if we're honest, we love the grind. It gives us another reason to come together as fans and sweetens the ultimately success. I TRULY hope they let this team run a bit before emptying the vault for a single superstar. I know this is not the modern NBA recipe, but I'm 100% happy with what they have RIGHT NOW. Dolan is still in charge, so some stupid-ass move is always on the table, but what gives me confidence that this is different? Leon Rose & WW Wes will tell Dolan to go F* himself rather than bow to the pressure that the great (but aging/scared) Donnie Walsh did in unloading the roster for Melo when we could have just signed him in the off-season for free. This feels different with execs that have a plan and a backbone.

FWIW, I don't think they're going to act in desperation for a star. If one becomes available and it's the right move, they'll make a trade I'm sure, but with nothing obvious on the docket at the moment, I think you can enjoy this team as is for a while
